Our latest survey was completed by multifamily professionals representing properties all across the United States. We asked participants to tell us which aspects of SipWithMe they find most valuable - and why. Here are the top five answers, accompanied by candid feedback.
Ease of Use / User-Friendly
SipWithMe is hassle-free for residents and on-site teams. Residents can quickly customize and order beverages on their electronic devices or the machine's built-in HD screen. On-site teams are thoroughly trained on simple maintenance procedures to keep the device operating efficiently, and supplies can be ordered directly through the machine. Plus, if anything goes wrong, live support is available 7 days a week.
