Free Recycled Printer Program for Nonprofits
Empowering nonprofits with free, high-quality recycled printers for children and families.
About the Recycled Printer Program
At PrintWithMe, we believe in empowering communities, especially children and their families, by providing access to essential printing services. That’s why we’ve created our Free Recycled Printer Program, offering high-quality, refurbished printers at no cost to help nonprofits reduce operational expenses and better fulfill their missions.
Whether you’re a healthcare nonprofit supporting children, a community center helping with job readiness, or an educational nonprofit encouraging learning, we want to support you in your mission.
Why this program?
We know that nonprofits working with children and families face limited budgets. By offering free, recycled printers, we aim to alleviate one aspect of operational costs, helping organizations focus on their mission and the communities they serve.
If your nonprofit is in need of a printing solution to support your mission, we encourage you to apply.
Who can apply?
We’re focusing on nonprofits that serve children and their families.
We encourage applications from the following types of organizations:
Healthcare Nonprofits for Children
As a healthcare nonprofit serving children and families, we understand the unique challenges you face. Whether you’re part of organizations like Ronald McDonald House, St. Jude’s Hospital, or other centers supporting families with sick children, access to a reliable printer can make a difference. A free printer can assist families in printing critical documents, educational materials for children in the hospital, or legal papers as they navigate their care journey.
Community Centers and Youth Programs
If you run a community center that provides job readiness training, educational workshops, or youth programs, having access to a free printer could significantly enhance your ability to serve. Whether you’re creating workbooks, resumes, or program materials, we want to help you amplify your impact on children and young adults by providing the tools you need to succeed.
Educational Nonprofits
As an educational nonprofit working to support students in underserved communities, we recognize that not every child has access to a printer at home. By offering a free printer to your school or after-school program, we aim to help bridge that gap and ensure every student has the resources they need for their educational journey.
Literacy and Learning Organizations
Libraries and literacy centers are the heart of many communities, providing access to critical learning resources for children. We know that budgets can be tight, and printing is an essential tool for your programs. Our free printers support your efforts in creating worksheets, educational materials, and more to help children on their path to literacy and learning.
Application process
1. Submit your application
Complete our online application form with details about your nonprofit’s mission, the communities you serve, and how a free printer will benefit your organization.
2. Eligibility review
We will review applications on a rolling basis to ensure they meet the criteria of serving children, families, or underserved communities. If you meet the criteria, we will notify you by email when a printer is available.
Please note: currently, our program provides only the recycled printer hardware, and excludes support and supplies. We are exploring partnerships to offer ongoing support for paper and toner, so please stay tuned for updates.
If a recipient experiences a hardware issue within 14 days of receiving their printer, WithMe will replace any necessary parts to restore full functionality. If the printer cannot be repaired through parts replacement, WithMe will provide a replacement unit. This policy applies to issues reasonably attributable to the condition or shipment of the printer and does not extend to problems arising from recipient misuse or issues reported after the 14-day window.
