Her current portfolio includes Conventional, Single-Family Rentals, BTR and Lease-Up properties supporting 5 separate clients. In 2022, Staci graduated from the AAGD Leadership Lyceum Class, and in 2021, she graduated from the NAA Diversity Leadership Program. Staci was the recipient of the coveted NAA CAM of the Year award in 2020, as well as the AAGD Property Manager of the Year and Property of the Year awards in 2019. Staci volunteers with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas as the co-chair of the Membership Committee, and she is a member of the Education Committee, Legislative Committee and NextGen Committee. She also served as the AAGD NextGen Past Chair, where she encouraged members to learn about the association, make connections and grow their network.

Rachel Mondelli

Her specialty lies in turning around troubled assets and building successful teams. Rachel has 16 years of property management experience and has proven herself to be an effective leader of teams, leading with strategic and proactive vision and relentless commitment to growth. Prior to joining Bridge, Rachel worked for a small owner-operator in Colorado, starting out her real estate career as a leasing agent before becoming a property manager. Rachel is a member of the Multifamily Innovation Advisory Council and the Institute of Real Estate Management, and previously served on IREM’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Regis University.
