When Watermark at Steele Crossing opened for residents in April 2017, their team did not have access to a self-serve printing solution. Residents had to approach property staff in order to print and send over private documents via email. The process was inefficient and time consuming for residents and staff. Two years later, Watermark at Steele Crossing contacted PrintWithMe. Within about 10 days, a printer was installed at their property and ready for use. Residents no longer have to forward their personal documents over to staff members and they are able to print much more quickly. Property staff are almost completely hands-off during the process and now have time to focus on other tasks at hand. Watermark at Steele Crossing's Community Manager, Breanna says, "Residents love PrintWithMe! It's made both staff and resident's lives easier and keeps their private documents for their eyes only."
