Kelsey Sheehan reflected on the implementation of PrintWithMe, acknowledging that while personal printing has become less frequent, it hasn’t disappeared, which makes the convenience of an on-site printer a valuable amenity. "It's very nice to have that amenity and have it available without taking up valuable space in residents' apartments…It's very rare that I'll go down that hallway and not see someone utilizing it. It's definitely something that gets a lot of use and something that residents are happy to have available to them. It's convenient for them…It does allow for a little bit more freedom for not only us but also the residents because they can do it 24 hours a day.”

Coast at Lakeshore East Apartments introduced SipWithMe, a premium coffee amenity, to provide residents with a truly enjoyable coffee experience. The reasons for choosing SipWithMe include the ability to offer free cups of coffee, the availability of espresso beans, and a user-friendly scanning system on the machine. The property manager shared how they’re leaning into the “bring-your-own-cup” system by including branded mugs in their move-in gifts for residents. Residents have also appreciated the eco-friendly aspect that comes from reusable coffee cups.

Property Manager, Kelsey Sheenan, explains, “From a leasing standpoint, it's really nice. It's one of the first things that we talk about on our tour path. It's a nice selling feature and it's very low maintenance. It's not only part of the tour path and a selling feature, but it's a nice spot for them to stop during the tour and just take a break from the tour and have a conversation with their prospects.” Leveraging both PrintWithMe and SipWithMe to allure prospective residents while satisfying existing residents seems like a “no-brainer” for this property. Kelsey also highlights the efficiency and convenience of PrintWithMe, eliminating the need for office staff to handle print and copy requests. "It cuts out that distraction to the office team to have to stop and make prints or copies of something, even though we're obviously always happy to do it."
