Authorized list update instructions

Send authorized lists automatically with YARDI

  1. Go to Resident Directory under Residential Analytics
  2. Select Report Scheduler
  3. Create a weekly/monthly scheduled report to be emailed to residentreport@printwithme.com 
  4. Include the following resident information in your report:
    • Email address
    • First name (optional)
    • Last name (optional)
    • Unit # (optional)
    • Lease renewal date (optional)

Once this is set up, a weekly/monthly report containing the resident's information will be sent to PrintWithMe automatically and you will no longer have to email us the authorized list

If you have trouble setting up the scheduled report, please contact your YARDI representative or Help Desk.
