New integration automatically syncs rent rolls, reducing manual work for on-site teams
Chicago, IL – October 19, 2026 – WithMe, Inc., the technology-enabled amenities platform behind PrintWithMe and SipWithMe, announced today that it has joined the Rent Manager Integrations Program. For Rent Manager customers already using WithMe’s solutions, the partnership means less manual work, and for those new to WithMe, an easier path to fully managed printing and coffee.

Resident information stays accurate without manual entry or back-and-forth emails, so teams can feel confident that every resident has easy access to the printing and coffee amenities in their community. On-site staff get time back for the work that matters most.
This is the first phase of the partnership, with additional enhancements to the integration planned in the months ahead.
