In 2022, Staci graduated from the AAGD Leadership Lyceum Class, and in 2021, she graduated from the NAA Diversity Leadership Program. Staci was the recipient of the coveted NAA CAM of the Year award in 2020, as well as the AAGD Property Manager of the Year and Property of the Year awards in 2019. Staci volunteers with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas as the co-chair of the Membership Committee, and she is a member of the Education Committee, Legislative Committee and NextGen Committee. She also served as the AAGD NextGen Past Chair, where she encouraged members to learn about the association, make connections and grow their network.

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Regis University.
