Before Arrive Michigan Avenue opened for residents in the spring of 2019, members of the Bozzuto Management team contacted PrintWithMe based on the product’s success at other properties in the Bozzuto portfolio. Soon after, PrintWithMe was installed and ready for use as Arrive Michigan Avenue’s first residents moved into the building. Arrive Michigan Avenue provides a printing amenity to residents without the hassle typically associated with a printer. Predictive analytics monitor toner and paper levels and automatically ship these supplies to the property when needed. Customer support is also available 7 days week. Property staff are almost completely hands-off during the process and now have time to focus on other tasks at hand. Arrive Michigan Avenue General Manager, Hailee says, “The platform is extremely user friendly. Our residents are able to set up an account with ease, and continue to use the service without additional instruction or intervention from our team.”
