CEO and founder of WithMe, Inc.
Jonathan Treble is the CEO and founder of WithMe, Inc., a nationwide company that operates thousands of hardware-oriented amenities primarily in multifamily (apartment building) locations. Jonathan founded WithMe, Inc. (initially named PrintWithMe, Inc.) in 2014 after he noticed a lack of convenient printing options in his everyday life. In 2021, the company rebranded to WithMe, Inc. and launched a coffee service called SipWithMe. Jonathan's professional background is in software product management, and he is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His passions outside of work include fitness, reading and traveling.

Regional Vice President at Bozzuto
Deanna Pope, regional vice president with Bozzuto Management Company, is an experienced real estate professional with over 20 years of experience managing portfolios of luxury, Class-A communities in urban and suburban markets. She has a strong track record of implementing creative strategies to help her teams perform with very high financial and operational standards. Deanna has worked for Bozzuto Management Company for the past 12 years and served as an integral part of the company’s expansion through the Midwest (including Chicago and Wisconsin) and Washington, D.C.

Kelli Stuart
General Manager, Assistant Vice President at Draper and Kramer
Kelli Stuart, CPM, ARM is a general manager, assistant vice president for Draper & Kramer and currently oversees luxury apartments in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. Having been in the industry for nearly 15 years, she has experience in both suburban and urban submarkets and both stabilized and lease-up properties. She also spearheaded a $40M renovation resulting in a planned property sale. Kelli is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois, and on the weekends, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her husband and 2-year-old daughter.

Connor Sauerbrey
Leasing and Marketing Manager at Asset Living
Born and raised in North Carolina, Connor Sauerbrey’s career journey began in residential real estate. However, while attending college in Charlotte, Connor began working in multifamily. Connor is currently the Leasing and Marketing Manager for Aspen Heights, as well as an ambassador for the property’s management company, Asset Living.
