When The Madison opened 2014, their office did not have a self-serve printing solution in place. Residents had to approach The Madison office staff for help with printing. At times, residents needed to print outside of office hours and they were unable to do so. The process was time consuming for both staff and residents. Two years later, The Madison management team decided that they needed a printer that was more convenient for everyone. Since PrintWithMe's installation in 2016, residents have been able to print quickly, independently, and securely.
