As one of only 100 honorees across the U.S. and Canada, the WithMe leadership team joins a prestigious group being recognized for shaping the future of multifamily.
WithMe’s leadership team earned this distinction following a year of bold initiatives that improved client outcomes, elevated service expectations and reinforced the company’s technology leadership. In 2025 alone, WithMe:
- Restructured the Client Experience function, deploying new digital tools and data-driven processes to onboard more than 750 new locations in the first half of the year while reducing churn and improving satisfaction.
- Launched the SipWithMe Express Service Guarantee, which leverages real-time monitoring and automated support systems to detect issues immediately and initiate rapid response. The guarantee provides 24-hour support and next-business-day on-site resolution for major issues, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable service delivery.
- Developed GiveWithMe, a corporate social responsibility program that harnesses WithMe’s amenity technology and distribution network to extend social impact — donating machines to nonprofit organizations, encouraging local volunteerism and supporting workforce development in partnership with Hiring Our Heroes.
