1. Submit your application
Complete our online application form with details about your nonprofit’s mission, the communities you serve, and how a free printer will benefit your organization.
2. Eligibility review
We will review applications on a rolling basis to ensure they meet the criteria of serving children, families, or underserved communities. If you meet the criteria, we will notify you by email when a printer is available.
Please note: currently, our program provides only the recycled printer hardware. We understand that paper and toner are critical to utilizing the printer, and while they are not included in this program, we can offer guidance on affordable suppliers or provide one-time discounts on initial purchases. We are exploring partnerships to offer ongoing support for paper and toner, so please stay tuned for updates.
